Event Terms

Registration

• Registration is personal and subject to approval. Members of Alkmaar Builders get priority; non-member registrations may be placed on a waiting list.
• Spots are limited. Please register only if you plan to attend.

Cancellations & no-shows

• Plans changed? Cancel your registration (two taps in Luma) — no problem at all.
• No-shows take a spot from someone on the waiting list, and we plan food and space per confirmed head. Repeated no-shows may affect approval for future events.
• We may cancel or reschedule an event. Our events are free unless stated otherwise, so registrations are simply cancelled or transferred — no payments involved.

Photos & video

We take photos and short videos at our events for community channels (website, socials, newsletter). Prefer to stay out of frame? Tell us at the door and we'll make sure of it.

At the event

• Attendance is at your own risk. Follow the house rules of the venue and instructions from the organizers.
• Catering and facilities are provided and managed by the venue under their house rules and responsibility.
• Alkmaar Builders and the venue are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• We're a "share, learn, not sell" community. Aggressive selling, recruiting, or pitching at attendees may get you (kindly) shown the door.
